Role Description The Volunteer role at MSOLTECH is a full-time, on-site position based in Faisalabad. The volunteer will support day-to-day IT consulting activities, including assisting with client meetings, gathering requirements, and documenting business needs. Responsibilities may include helping prepare presentations, organizing project documentation, conducting basic research on technology solutions, and supporting the implementation of customized systems under supervision. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements that enhance client service delivery.

Qualifications • Strong interest in information technology, digital solutions, and business process improvement. • Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and present findings clearly. • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization. • Comfort working on-site in a collaborative team environment and engaging with clients professionally. • Basic understanding of common office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software). • Demonstrated problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies. • Relevant coursework or training in IT, computer science, business, or a related field is an advantage. • Prior volunteer or internship experience in a professional setting is beneficial but not required.
