About the roleThe Vice President of AI & Technology will serve as the technology leader across our growing portfolio of software businesses, partnering directly with the Portfolio Leader to drive AI transformation, engineering excellence, technology strategy, and innovation.
This role is responsible for transforming portfolio companies into AI-native organizations by modernizing engineering teams, implementing AI-first development practices, and identifying new technology-enabled growth opportunities. Beyond overseeing existing technology organizations, the VP will help incubate new AI-native businesses, support M&A diligence and integration, and establish portfolio-wide standards for engineering, security, architecture, and technology operations.
This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role that blends technology, product, operations, and venture creation.
