Your responsibilities include

As Senior Product Manager Digital Health (m/f/d), you play a central role in developing and expanding our existing digital therapy offering. 

You drive forward how we can support patients and physicians even better in treating and reducing musculoskeletal pain. Depending on your experience and current focus, you take ownership of a central product or growth area along our patient, therapy, or practice journey – acting as the interface between medical relevance, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and commercial success. 

You conceive, validate, and prioritize new product and service ideas and prepare them for implementation in a structured way. Your work lays the foundation for expanding our product and service portfolio, strengthens long-term customer relationships, and creates lasting value – beyond the actual therapy phase.

What you should bring

• Experience: Several years of solid product management experience (typically 5+ years), e.g. as Senior, Lead, or Principal Product Manager or Product Owner, ideally in Digital Health, MedTech, DiGA, or similar fields. You have independently owned a digital product area and can show how your decisions changed user and business outcomes.
• Outcome-driven product development: You steer by impact, not output – data-driven decisions come naturally to you.
• Stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership: You communicate confidently with C-level, Engineering, Regulatory, and the clinical team.
• Mindset: You bring strong empathy for the medical context, act proactively, and have a solution-oriented, hands-on mentality.
• AI fluency: You use AI pragmatically in discovery, research, analysis, or prototyping and can judge where it accelerates product work – and where human judgement remains essential.
• Language: Excellent German and English (C1 or above in both) – neither needs to be your native language.

Nice to have

• Experience in Healthcare, Digital Health, HealthTech, MedTech, Pharma, Digital Therapeutics, or Clinical Software – ideally with direct DiGA experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework (DiGA, MDR).
• Experience working with physicians, practice teams, medical assistants, patients, or other healthcare stakeholders.
