Senior Business Development Manager, DSI

We're seeking a driven, entrepreneurial-minded Sr. Business Development Manager to launch and scale customer acquisition efforts for our Assess-AI and ARCH-AI programs. This is a true builder role where you'll create opportunities from scratch, develop new relationships across the healthcare ecosystem, and establish a strong pipeline with physician practices, health systems, and healthcare organizations.

As the sole business development contributor, you'll own every stage of the business development process, from designing/creating standard operating procedures, market prospecting and following-up and initiating lead generation through executive presentations, contract negotiations, and closing new business. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, enjoys opening doors, and is energized by the challenge of turning untapped markets into revenue-generating partnerships while working in a mission-driven, healthcare adjacent organization. • Develop and manage new business opportunities for Assess-AI and ARCH-AI with healthcare organizations, including prospecting, outreach, qualification, and relationship development
• Manage customer sales cycles from initial engagement through proposal development, evaluation, and contract execution
• Develop and deliver customer presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and business cases
• Partner with internal departments to support contract negotiations and customer onboarding activities
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and forecasting information within Salesforce CRM
• Represent the at conferences, trade shows, and industry events to identify leads and expand business opportunities

• 7+ years of related experience required
  • Healthcare related preferred
  • Experience related to Artificial Intelligence (AI) preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
• Proven business development, relationship management, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions and business solutions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging stakeholders and delivering compelling proposals.
• Ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously, develop strategic account and territory plans, and drive opportunities through negotiation and contract execution.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

It is typical for individuals to be hired in the entry to middle of the range for their role, and compensation decisions depend on each case’s circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the annual compensation range for this position is $82,550 – $110,050.
