The Sales Associate will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products or services. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales floor, maintaining product displays, processing transactions, and handling cash or electronic payments accurately. The role also involves answering customer inquiries, resolving basic issues, and maintaining records of sales and customer interactions. The Sales Associate will collaborate with colleagues to meet sales targets, support promotional activities, and ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment. Qualifications

• Ability to provide attentive customer service, actively listen, and communicate clearly with a diverse range of customers. • Basic sales and retail skills, including product presentation, upselling, and handling point-of-sale systems and transactions. • Strong organizational skills to manage inventory, maintain store cleanliness, and support merchandising activities. • Problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, respond to questions, and escalate issues when necessary. • Ability to work on-site full time in Hāfizābād, including flexibility for weekends, evenings, and peak business hours. • Collaborative mindset and reliability in working as part of a team to meet shared sales and service goals. • Basic numeracy and literacy, with prior experience in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles considered an advantage. • Willingness to learn about Down Brad’s products, policies, and procedures, and to follow all company and safety guidelines.
