Rheumatology- NP or PA with CA License - Fully Virtual PT/FT

About the Role

is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) specializing in Rheumatology to provide virtual patient care. The ideal candidate will evaluate, diagnose, and manage adult patients with Rheumatology conditions through ’s established telehealth platform.

What you'll do

• Provide virtual rheumatology consultations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans via telehealth
• Manage chronic autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, including medication management and treatment monitoring
• Conduct follow-up visits and longitudinal care for established patients
• Collaborate closely with collaborating rheumatologists and other members of the care team to ensure continuity of care and appropriate treatment planning.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies as clinically appropriate.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record (EHR).
• Provide patient education and counseling on diagnoses, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.
• Maintain compliance with all telehealth regulations, licensure requirements, and practice standards.

Qualifications

• CA Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing.
• Minimum 2 years of Rheumatology experience in outpatient or telehealth settings.
• Strong communication and clinical documentation skills.
• Comfortable practicing autonomously in a remote care environment.
• Reliable internet connection and familiarity with telemedicine technology.

Compensation

• Job Type: 1099 or W2
• 1099 Competitive per encounter compensation, with a range $60 to $65 per encounter
• W2 Opportunity with competitive salary and bonus with 37 clinical hours in a 40 hour work week
• Schedule: Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
