Job TitleMultifamily Conversion Analyst(Job Description Summary Multifamily Conversion Analyst executes client data conversions, transforming critical data from a variety of reporting formats for import into C&W databases and platforms. The Analyst works under the direction of the Multifamily Conversion Manager, applying the standardized conversion methodology, quality control framework, and AI-enabled and automation tools established for the function. The candidate must be able to analyze client data, reformat in Excel when applicable and execute each conversion with high quality and consistent results while meeting timing expectations. The candidate is detail oriented, advanced in Excel, and experienced in multifamily housing, with working familiarity with property management platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, and MRI. The analyst must be able to manage their project assignments and communicate both verbally and in writing with internal teams. Individuals with creativity, an eye for efficiency, and an interest in applying automation and AI-enabled tools to conversion work are highly desired.
