Litigation Solicitor (2PQE+)

Annual Salary: £40-50k Location: Gloucestershire (Glos) Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a dedicated Litigation Solciitor to join our legal team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to advance their career in the legal field.

Day-to-day of the role:

Assist other attorneys in all stages of litigation processes. Conduct legal research and initial case assessments. Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents and instruct barristers within the court. Perform administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics, etc). Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes. Organise exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices. Aid other attorneys with interrogatories and other discovery requests. Gather relevant information from a variety of sources on a varied caseload independently

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven working experience as a litigation solicitor, ideally 2PQE+ Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Strong research and report-generating skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and legal research software. LLB/LLM degree or other relevant certification.
