Italy HR Manager - Luxury Craft Manufacturing, Multi‑Site

Bose Corporation is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda for Italian operations (Arcugnano and San Martino di Lupari). You will act as trusted advisor to leadership and managers across production, R&D, and commercial, owning contracts, payroll, industrial relations and compliance for two entities. You report to the Associate HR Director EMEA and collaborate with global HR teams to ensure a consistent people experience while localising processes for the two sites.
