Industrial Site Cleaner (CSCS Required) - Full Time | UK Travel

We’re a well-established, family-run commercial cleaning company working across construction and commercial sites throughout the UK, and we’re looking for the right person to join our team.

You don’t need years of experience or to know everything on day one.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This is a varied, hands-on role including: • Builders cleans and post-construction cleans • Sparkle and final handover cleans • Cleaning on live construction sites • Welfare facilities, cabins and communal areas • Window cleaning • Deep cleaning and specialist cleaning • Travelling to sites throughout the UK • Occasional early starts, late finishes and overnight stays • WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Someone who: • Is reliable, punctual and committed • Works hard and isn’t afraid to get stuck in • Listens, learns and takes direction • Takes pride in doing a job properly • Works well as part of a team • Is professional and respectful • Is flexible and willing to travel • Wants to learn new skills, undertake training and progress

ESSENTIAL • CSCS Card • Right to work in the UK • A full clean UK driving licence, DBS and previous cleaning or construction experience would be advantageous, but experience is not essential for the right person.

WHAT WE OFFER • £13.00–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience • Full-time, permanent position • Company van for work travel • Company pension • Full hands-on training and ongoing support • Relevant external training courses and qualifications funded for the right person • Training in specialist cleaning services • Opportunity to develop, progress and take on more responsibility • Variety of work across construction and commercial sites throughout the UK • Immediate start available
