HR Manager - Interim Food Manufacturing (12 month FTC)

A broad HR Generalist role, you will need sound knowledge of Organisational Development, Management Development and Training, Recruitment and CIPD qualified or equivalent and you will need to have strong IT skills and the ability to juggle a busy workload. You will have provided HR support across the full generalist remit including employee relations, staff development, performance management and recruitment. Partnering the General Managers, so previous people management is important.
