Graphic Designer — AI-Assisted Creative Production Full-Time · Middle Level

Group is expanding its in-house creative production team. We are looking for a versatile Graphic Designer who combines strong design fundamentals with practical experience using generative AI tools.

You will create visual assets for advertising and video production across several digital products, including a mobile game, an interior design app, and a social networking platform.

Responsibilities

• Design branded UI elements, buttons, frames, icons, badges, cards, and other graphic assets for advertising creatives
• Create and adapt character images, environments, backgrounds, packshots, and supporting visual materials
• Use AI tools to generate, edit, upscale, extend, and refine visual assets
• Maintain visual consistency across AI-generated characters, styles, environments, and creative variations
• Prepare layered, production-ready files for motion designers and video editors
• Develop visual concepts based on scripts, references, and creative briefs
• Adapt assets for different formats, platforms, campaigns, and products
• Collaborate with the Creative Director, motion designers, editors, and other members of the production team
• Organize source files and deliver assets according to technical requirements and deadlines

Requirements

• Middle-level professional experience in graphic design, advertising design, game art, or digital content production
• A strong professional portfolio demonstrating commercial-quality work
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools for image creation and editing
• Strong Photoshop skills and confidence working with masks, layers, compositing, color correction, and retouching
• Solid understanding of composition, typography, color, lighting, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to create consistent assets rather than isolated AI-generated images
• Ability to follow an established visual style and work accurately with references
• Comfortable working quickly, receiving direct feedback, and iterating on multiple versions
• Good file organization and attention to technical details

Nice to Have

• Experience creating assets for mobile games or performance advertising
• Experience with tools such as Figma, OpenArt, Higgsfield, Midjourney, ChatGPT Image Generation, Flux, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Freepik AI, or similar
• Illustration, photo manipulation, or 3D rendering skills
• Experience preparing assets for animation
• Understanding of Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and mobile advertising formats
