Gambling Regulatory & Compliance Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to strengthen our Legal & Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's licensing activities across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting legal research, and managing KYC and Due Diligence processes for our partners.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain documentation required for obtaining and maintaining B2B gambling licenses across multiple jurisdictions (EU, UK, Curaçao, Isle of Man, USA, Latin America, etc.).
- Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory requirements applicable to the company's business across different jurisdictions.
- Analyze legal risks and provide practical recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Coordinate communication with licensing authorities, external legal advisors, and international consultants.
- Support licensing processes from preparation through ongoing maintenance and regulatory reporting.
- Conduct KYC and Due Diligence checks for business partners.
- Collect, review, verify, and maintain KYC documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
- Maintain partners' compliance records and monitor documentation validity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with licensing obligations and regulatory standards.

Requirements: - 5+ years of legal experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the iGaming/Gambling industry.
  - Proven experience obtaining and maintaining B2B gambling licenses.
  - Experience preparing licensing documentation and communicating with regulatory authorities.
  - Experience conducting legal research and analyzing regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  - Hands-on experience with KYC and Due Diligence processes.
  - Strong knowledge of civil, corporate, commercial, intellectual property, international, and banking law.
  - Experience negotiating and working with international legal consultants and external advisors.
  - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  - English level - Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice-to-Have:
- Experience working with multiple international licensing jurisdictions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with AML/CTF compliance requirements.
- Experience in regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring.
- Previous experience in an international B2B technology or iGaming company.
