Requirements

• Proven experience in executive leadership roles, preferably in healthcare, mental health, or substance use services.
• Strong understanding of virtual healthcare platforms and digital health technologies.
• Masters degree in healthcare administration, public health, psychology, or a related field.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organizations strategic vision and goals.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, partners, and funding sources.
• Lead fundraising and development efforts to support the organizations growth and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture that promotes collaboration and professional development.
• Represent the organization at conferences, meetings, and public events.
