Role Description The Director role at Dalda Foods Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The Director will oversee strategic planning, business performance, and operational execution across designated functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term objectives. This role involves leading and mentoring senior managers, setting measurable goals, reviewing performance metrics, and allocating resources effectively. The Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and support key organizational initiatives and change management efforts. Regular responsibilities include stakeholder management, policy and process improvement, and maintaining compliance with internal standards and relevant regulations. Qualifications • Demonstrated leadership experience in a senior management or director-level role, with a track record of driving business results and managing high-performing teams. • Strong strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans. • Experience in operations management, performance monitoring, and process optimization within a corporate or FMCG/food industry environment (preferred). • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation, and the ability to influence at multiple organizational levels. • Proficiency in business analysis, financial acumen, and familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and KPI-based performance management. • Ability to work on-site in Lahore, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Relevant academic background, such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA is an advantage. • Commitment to ethical conduct, inclusive leadership, and adherence to company policies, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
