WE'RE HIRING: DENTAL INSURANCE & PRIOR AUTHORIZATION VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Vital Virtuals Global HR Solutions is looking for an experienced Dental Virtual Assistant to support a pediatric dental practice based in Nevada, USA.

Position: Dental Insurance & Prior Authorization VA

Full-Time | Remote | U.S. Business Hours Responsibilities:

• Work on rejected/denied dental claims

• Submit and follow up on referrals and pre-authorizations

• Verify PPO dental insurance for scheduled patients

• Check eligibility, benefits, and coverage

• Communicate with insurance companies and the dental team

• Maintain accurate insurance documentation

Requirements:

• Previous dental insurance/VA experience required
• Experience with claims, referrals, pre-authorizations & PPO verification
• Experience with Liberty Dental is preferred
• Experience with Cloud 9 EMR and/or Curve Dental is a plus
• Pediatric dental experience is a plus
• Strong English communication and attention to detail
• Willing to use Time Doctor and a HIPAA-compliant virtual desktop

Compensation:$5/hour — first 90 days$6/hour — after 90 days Bi-weekly pay via Wise Device & Internet Requirements:

• Intel Core i5 8th Gen+ or AMD Ryzen 5 equivalent
• 8 GB RAM minimum (16 GB recommended)
• 256 GB SSD minimum
• Windows 10/11 Pro or macOS 12+
• Working webcam and noise-canceling headset
• Minimum 50 Mbps download / 20 Mbps upload
• Reliable backup internet/hotspot preferred
• Quiet, professional workspace
