About The Role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service professional fluent in French and English to join our remote team based in Porto. In this role, you will deliver excellent customer support, identify business opportunities, and suggest additional services to customers.

1+ years of previous experience in a Contact Center or Customer Service role (preferred).

Residency in Portugal is preferred for this remote position.
