About the Position

The Content Manager is responsible for working alongside the Marketing and Sales teams to create a suite of content deliverables to support growth, customer awareness, and sales efficiency. The content-heavy position will include writing across a span of content types to support corporate communications, marketing, sales, and customer communications, as well as provide general marketing execution support. To be successful in this role, you should be a strong, adaptable writer with experience in cybersecurity concepts, trends, and terminology. You should be a motivated self-starter who can see projects through from beginning to end, thriving in a fast-paced environment where priorities are constantly shifting.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft long-form thought leadership content
• Write and assist in the distribution of lead generation email campaigns
• Write content for collateral materials, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, outbound emails, web content and any other marketing and sales supporting materials
• Write blogs and white papers covering cybersecurity trends and topics working with internal subject matter experts
• Write and submit award entries
• Craft security vulnerability communications or other customer communications
• Track content performance and use the data to sharpen future strategy
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications, Requirements & Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 4+ years in a similar role strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in content writing, preferably in cybersecurity (with a portfolio of work)
• Comfort in working with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn)
• High dedication to quality control and proofreading skills
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite, strong typing skills, social media platform proficiency
• Must be energetic, creative, focused, and driven
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player
• Passion for providing excellent client service to all customers, both internal and external
• Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, including strong teambuilding skills
• Ability to form relationships across all levels of the company while modeling 's culture and values
• PowerPoint skills a strong plus
• Experience in WordPress a plus
• Simple video editing skills a plus

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000
