Position: Bilingual Czech Generalist Expert — AI Safety
Type:Contract
Compensation:$43–$47/hour
Location:Remote

Role Responsibilities

• Write expert-level prompts in Czech across a range of sensitive subject areas.
• Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns. Document the reasoning behind your judgments.
• Work independently and asynchronously to evaluate and strengthen AI model safety.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure cultural judgment and language fluency in handling sensitive topics.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in Czech. Business-level written English.
• A Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Preferred

• Based in the Czech Republic or the wider Eastern Europe region.
• Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content.
• Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
