At this entry-level position, individuals are typically involved in supporting the development and delivery of organizational change management plans for smaller projects with lower change impacts. They assist in addressing the people side of change, including processes, systems, and technology adjustments, while also aiding in the creation and dissemination of educational content. They may also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance their understanding of learning principles and change management methodologies.
Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Works on problems of limited scopeReceives detailed instructions
Assist with delivering classroom and virtual training to technical audiences of various experience levels under supervision
Provide support for course development efforts, including research and content review
Help maintain teaching material and lab exercises
Assist with updates for curricula and collateral
Support delivery of basic training sessions and workshops
Participate in structured change management approaches and assist in change plan development
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of one year proven experienceIndividual ContributerSalary Range$28.76 - $45.40 USD (Hourly)
