Sr. Software Developer Engineer I

Position Summary

• is looking for a UI Engineer to build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications for our SaaS products. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to deliver intuitive user experiences and reusable UI components.
• This is a hands-on engineering role focused on frontend architecture, performance, scalability, and quality, with opportunities to contribute to technical design and mentor other engineers.
• Build and maintain scalable, responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies.
• Design reusable UI components and contribute to frontend architecture and design systems.
• Integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and handle complex data-driven workflows.
• Optimize application performance, rendering, bundle size, and overall user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and frontend architecture decisions.
• Work closely with Product, UX/Design, and Backend teams to deliver features end-to-end.
• Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application reliability and performance.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to frontend engineering standards and best practices.

Required Qualification:

• 6–8+ years of professional experience in frontend/UI development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with React; experience with Vue or Angular is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern web standards.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux/Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or Recoil.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
• Experience building reusable component libraries and design systems.
• Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization and debugging.
• Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, or similar testing frameworks.
• Good understanding of Git, CI/CD, build tools, and modern frontend development practices.

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience with Next.js or other modern React frameworks.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries.
• Knowledge of Web Accessibility (WCAG), semantic HTML, and responsive design.
• Experience with micro-frontends or large-scale frontend architecture.
• Experience with frontend observability and performance tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-based SaaS applications.
• Experience working with Figma or similar design/prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and product-focused engineering.
• Experience mentoring engineers and driving frontend technical standards.
