About the Role

AudienceView is expanding its engineering organization to support several strategic modernization initiatives and product refactoring projects. We are looking for experienced Quality Engineers who are passionate about automation, quality advocacy, and leveraging modern testing practices, including AI-assisted testing and development tools.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of highly scalable web applications used by thousands of organizations worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks
• Build and execute automated test suites for web applications and APIs
• Perform manual and automation testing across functional, non-functional, exploratory, integration, and regression scenarios
• Partner closely with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle
• Automate API testing using tools such as Postman
• Test mobile applications as part of the overall quality strategy
• Support release management and quality validation activities
• Identify defects, investigate root causes, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues
• Promote quality best practices across the organization
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve testing efficiency, automation coverage, documentation, and quality processes

Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience, combining manual and automation testing
• Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver (or similar automation tools)
• Strong experience with JavaScript and Java
• Strong API testing experience
• Mobile testing experience
• SQL experience
• Experience testing applications built with Node.js and React
• Quality-first mindset
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

AI-Assisted Development & Testing Experience

AudienceView is actively adopting AI-powered engineering workflows. You should have practical experience using tools such as Claude Code.

We are looking for professionals who have used AI tools to support automation development, test generation, debugging, documentation, quality analysis, or engineering productivity.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Playwright or Cypress in addition to Selenium
• Python or C# experience
• Performance testing with JMeter
• Cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• Ticketing, SaaS, or e-commerce platform experience
• Experience supporting modernization or platform migration initiatives
