Senior Manager, Growth Marketing

We are currently seeking a hustling, hands-on marketer who can flex between performance, product, and brand marketing to join our team as a Senior Manager, Marketing, remote in the US.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop high-performing creative concepts, messaging, and copy across paid social, paid search, app acquisition, and other growth channels, partnering with paid media to execute and optimize campaigns.
• Create clear, strategic creative briefs that define objectives, audiences, messaging, formats, and success metrics, enabling Creative and Performance Marketing teams to deliver impactful work.
• Leverage data, customer insights, and market trends to identify audience opportunities, inform targeting strategies, and optimize acquisition performance.
• Partner closely with Performance Marketing to ensure creative assets are developed, trafficked, and launched efficiently while maintaining a strong understanding of campaign execution best practices.
• Lead go-to-market strategy for new product features and launches, translating product capabilities into compelling positioning, messaging, and coordinated launch plans across Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Champion a consistent brand experience by ensuring messaging and creative align across performance marketing, product marketing, and customer touchpoints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Data, Customer Success, agencies, and platform partners to drive initiatives from strategy through execution while managing priorities and timelines.
• Analyze acquisition and subscription performance, including CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion, activation, and retention, to identify insights, optimize growth strategies, and communicate actionable recommendations to leadership.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Education and Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, with experience in creative strategy, creative briefing, campaign trafficking, and subscription or mobile app growth.
• Proven track record of leading GTM strategies and launching successful subscription-based products across multiple channels (e.g., CRM, paid media, PR, social)
• Expertise in positioning, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing, with a sharp sense for customer needs and conversion drivers
• Strong project management discipline—able to prioritize, adapt, and deliver across multiple concurrent launches
• Analytically rigorous and data-fluent; comfortable using performance insights to refine strategy and drive adoption
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive leaders
• Creative and data-driven, with a passion for fitness and wellness
• Strong copywriting skills with experience developing messaging for different stages of the customer journey
• Experience partnering with Sales or Commercial teams, including developing enablement materials and go-to-market toolkits
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience driving growth for a subscription-based business, including acquisition, activation, retention, and LTV optimization.
• Experience marketing consumer mobile apps, including app acquisition, onboarding, lifecycle marketing, and ASO.
• Experience developing integrated growth and go-to-market strategies across product, performance marketing, creative, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience in consumer technology, health, fitness, wellness, or other digital subscription businesses.
• Demonstrated success influencing cross-functional stakeholders and leading initiatives across multiple teams.
