Senior Data Analyst

TekPro Support Services (TSS) is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to support the DHA Disability Evaluation System. This position is fully remote.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead DES data analytics, reporting, data-quality monitoring, statistical analysis, and development of data frameworks supporting program performance and decision-making.

What You Bring:

Required:

• 6+ years of systems and/or business analytics experience
• 5+ years supervising or overseeing personnel
• 3+ years identifying data frameworks necessary to execute analytical requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field
• Relevant data analytics certification required, such as Google Data Analytics Professional, Microsoft, Tableau, AWS, or CAP
• Must be able to successfully complete the required DHA Tier 1 background investigation
• Must be able to obtain a CAC as needed
• Must satisfy DHA security/onboarding requirements

Preferred:

• Experience integrating system-level data requirements and architectures into DoD-compliant enterprise architectures
