Schedule:School-day hours (aligned with student schedules)
Employment Type:1099 (Independent Contractor)
Availability: to complete assessments within a week or two from assignment and attend IEP meetings
This is a part-time,remote, school-based School Psychologist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. You will be tasked with completing Psychological Assessments throughout the school year, complete documentation in ECATs and attend IEP meetings. The school expects 10-12 assessments throughout the year.

Paidforassessments, IEP meetings and documentationat the same hourly rate
Paid training ($20/hour),including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training
Department of Public Instruction (DPI) license
Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred)
Experience with ECATS (1 year minimum experience preferred)
Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems
Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery
Clear expectations– Defined workflows and documentation standards
Real support– Dedicated Service Manager who advocates for YOU with schools and supports you day-to-day, along with structured onboarding and consistent, responsive communication
Access to assessment tools and resources– Supporting evaluation and reporting so you’re not sourcing or managing materials on your own

Fair compensation– You’re paid for sessions, documentation, and no-shows—not just time in session
Flexibility– Choose to work as a employee or independent contractor, with part-time and full-time options. While services are delivered during school hours, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your day and caseload

Complete assessment writeups and documentation in ECATS
Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration

Services are delivered during standard school hours (typically 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
