Sales Development Representative - ERP Background

Compensation: $500 USD Base Salary + Commission

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, or related background to support an international technology and digital transformation client.

This is a B2B outbound role focused on account-based prospecting, research, and engaging senior decision-makers within the automotive and related industries.

You will be responsible for researching target companies, identifying the right decision-makers, conducting personalized outreach, qualifying potential opportunities, and booking qualified meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify high-potential target accounts.

Identify and engage relevant senior decision-makers within target organizations.

Conduct outbound outreach through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other approved channels.

Personalize outreach based on each prospect's business, operations, and potential needs.

Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities.

Build professional conversations with senior stakeholders.

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.

Maintain accurate prospecting and activity records in the CRM.

Represent the client professionally across all communication channels.

Consistently work toward monthly qualified meeting targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, business development, or sales development.
• Previous experience selling or prospecting for B2B technology, enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, IT solutions, or digital transformation services.
• Strong experience with account research and targeted prospecting.
• Experience engaging senior-level and enterprise decision-makers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong cold calling, LinkedIn, and email outreach skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate complex B2B technology solutions.
• Experience using CRM and sales prospecting tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Experience with SAP solutions, automotive technology, automotive dealer networks, or enterprise digital transformation is a strong advantage.

Performance Expectations

This role focuses on quality, research, and targeted outreach rather than generic mass prospecting.

The SDR will be expected to identify the right accounts, engage relevant senior stakeholders, qualify genuine opportunities, and generate attended qualified meetings.
