About This Role:

You’ll serve as trusted point of contact during onboarding - setting expectations, coordinating next steps, and ensuring each client is satisfied with the value of our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process

• Conduct virtual onboarding calls to understand client needs, goals, and workflows

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate setup and timely service

• Track onboarding progress and maintain detailed records in CRM systems

• Address questions or concerns and escalate issues when needed

• Ensure a smooth transition from onboarding to ongoing account support

• Experience in customer onboarding, client services, or sales is preferred but not required

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and attention to detail
