Remote B2B Sales Specialist

As a Sales & Business Development Specialist at B&G, you will play a key role in expanding our client base and spreading the value of our consulting services. You’ll work closely with our business development and operations teams to:

• Identify and qualify leads through various channels
• Conduct outreach to potential clients via email, LinkedIn, and calls
• Present B&G’s services clearly and confidently to decision-makers
• Schedule and participate in discovery and sales meetings
• Manage and update our CRM with lead and opportunity information
• Follow up regularly to build long-term relationships and close deals

• Has 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Is self-motivated, proactive, and can work independently
• Has excellent communication and presentation skills (English is a must)
• Is tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM tools and remote collaboration platforms
• Is passionate about the consulting industry and eager to learn
