Our client, a healthcare-focused marketing agency, is looking for an Account Strategist to join their team. Reporting to the Director of Strategic Operations, you will own the marketing strategy and growth direction for a portfolio of healthcare clients. This is a strategy and growth-focused role. You will use performance data, market research, client goals, and insights from internal specialists to set priorities, guide marketing initiatives, and identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts.

You will partner closely with an Account Manager who owns the day-to-day client relationship while you set the strategic direction, lead QBRs, provide recommendations, and drive account growth. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can develop a clear point of view, communicate it persuasively, and confidently guide clients toward the strategies that will have the greatest impact. [Remote] Account Strategist (Healthcare Marketing) Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and growth plan for a portfolio of 5-7 healthcare clients
  • Develop account strategies based on client goals, market conditions, performance data, and growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow account revenue
  • Analyze performance across SEO, paid search, web, local, and other marketing channels to determine priorities and guide strategy
  • Partner with delivery specialists to guide strategic changes and ensure recommendations are implemented
  • Lead the strategic content and presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), connecting performance data to business goals and growth opportunities
  • Lead client-facing strategic conversations and provide clear, data-backed recommendations
  • Educate clients and push back when appropriate, using data and expertise to guide them toward the strategies most likely to achieve their goals

[Remote] Account Strategist (Healthcare Marketing) Qualifications

• 5+ years of digital marketing agency experience required
  • Experience owning marketing strategy and growing client accounts required
  • Healthcare marketing experience required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn performance data into actionable strategy required
  • Experience leading client-facing strategic discussions and business reviews required
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid search, paid social, and web analytics required
