Native Campaign Manager

Advisor is looking for a Native Campaign Manager to join the Performance Marketing team to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple verticals, including Health, Insurance, and Financial Services.

Proven campaign management across Native platforms such as: Taboola, Outbrain, Microsoft and MediaGo is essential to be successful in this role.

Reporting to the Native Lead, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the in-house media buying and publishing teams to ensure campaigns deliver high-quality traffic while maintaining profitability on advertising spend.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical campaign management expertise, exceptional data analysis skills, creativity, and a strategic mindset. Plus, have a proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and managing large-scale Native campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, monitor, and optimize high budget native campaigns on Taboola, Ourbrain, Msan and MediaGo to meet performance marketing objectives.
• Responsible for achieving the performance targets of your campaigns and helping the Native team achieve their overall growth goals
• Launch new campaigns across new products and partners according to business priorities
• Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and implement optimizations to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
• Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights and inform future strategies
• Collaborate with the creative and publishing team to develop and iterate new winning copy, ads, angles and advertorials which align to best practices
• Work with CRO, Digital Experience & Product Teams on opportunities to drive performance uplift
• Test new targeting, bidding, creative and audience strategies to drive innovation
• Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes,
• challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Liaising with internal teams and project management of cross-team initiatives
• Working closely with platform and publisher partners to identify opportunities and ensure campaign goals are met
• Stay up to date with platform policies and ensure compliance across all campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in media buying Native ads working across Taboola, Outbrain & other Native platforms
• A strong technical platform ability – experience with different bid strategies, audience
• targeting and other platform features and understanding of best practices
• Ideally a mix of lead generation and eCommerce
• Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics
• Experience in managing performance marketing budgets at scale
• Proficiency in Excel with experience analyzing large data sets to make data driven campaign management decisions.
• Proven ability to create winning ad images and headline and able to write advertorial copy which achieves campaign goals.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively acrossteams.
• Ability to co-ordinate with internal teams and external platforms
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, or Airtable is a plus
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Knowledge of the Health, Insurance, or Financial Services verticals is a strong advantage
• Flexibility to work across global time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
