Job Summary

As an HR Business Partner at , you will be part of the global Employee Success team, reporting to the VP of HR EMEA. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing strategic and operational HR support. In this role, you will help foster a strong organizational culture, identify and address people-related needs, and coach managers to drive employee engagement, development, and business success.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

• Member of the Employee Success team and of the German team, building a strong business partnership with your teams by providing consultancy to the management and to the team individuals on organization and cultural related issues.
• Proactively identify organizational needs and offer solutions to drive organizational and employees' success.
• Conduct DACH market research to support internal salary benchmarking and role evaluation.
• Review and Implement key strategic HR Processes, policies and procedures.
• Support change management processes: perform ongoing organization analysis and implement change management programs in partnership with the Business unit.
• Promoting Employee Success by providing guidance on employee relations issues such as performance, talent development, team building, org changes, etc.
• Support managers in building employee career paths and identifying development opportunities and training needs across teams.
• Build strong partnerships with the global Employee Success team to effectively collaborate and optimize for consistent employee experience and spirit globally.
• Partner with other company functions, finance, legal and IT for a better employee experience.
• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and external authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in an HR business partnership role, preferably in a high-tech/startup company, Professional Services or Consultancy firm
• 3+ years experience working with global teams
• Proven experience in working with senior technical leadership end to end
• Good judgment and ability to make independent decisions aided by process, documents, and management inputs where required
• Can scale from strategic to hands-on, having worked in both small/medium and big company environments is a plus
• Experience in organizing and coordinating company events.
• Fluency in Germany and English is essential
• Knowledge of DACH Labor Law and related legal regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in a global environment/ scaling teams
• Master’s degree in a relevant field - an advantage
