Growth and Partnership Associate

We are seeking a Growth & Partnership Associate – Nigeria with a strong focus on partnerships. This role is responsible for building, managing, and scaling partnerships that drive lead generation, client acquisition, and revenue growth in Nigeria.

• Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners, referral agents, and collaborators in Nigeria.
  
• Build relationships with universities, training institutions, professional communities, and organizations.
  
• Drive partner-led lead generation and ensure consistent pipeline growth.
  
• Support partner activation, enablement, and ongoing performance management.
  
• Track partner performance, leads, and conversion outcomes.
  
• Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to convert partner leads into paid clients.
  
• Provide market and partner feedback to improve offers, pricing, and messaging.
  
  

• Experience in partnerships, business development, growth, or sales.
  
• Strong network or ability to build relationships within the Nigerian market.
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
  
• Target-driven mindset with comfort in tracking and reporting performance.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
