Graphic Designer - Performance Creative

We're Jello. We run paid social for a small group of brands we actually believe in, we're a Meta and Google Premier Partner, and we've put more than $50M through ad accounts working out what makes people stop scrolling and buy. That last bit is the whole job. Our creative exists to do one thing: capture attention and convert it. We work inside an AI-native creative pipeline that produces more, tests faster, and scales what wins — and we're looking for a designer to help drive the visual side of it.

Tasks

• Design high-performing creative for paid social (Meta, TikTok, and more), from concept to final asset
• Build multiple angles and variations, so we can test what converts
• Work inside our AI-native workflow (Midjourney, Runway, and more) to produce sharper creative, faster
• Turn performance data into your next iteration; we share what's working, you push it further
• Adapt your style across a range of brands

Requirements

• Proven experience designing conversion-focused creative, with a portfolio that shows performance-oriented creative work, not just aesthetics
• A strong grasp of direct-response principles: hooks, angles, and visual attention
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar).
• Genuine fluency with AI design tools, excited by where this is heading
• Self-directed, reliable, and fast without cutting corners
• Speaking Italian is a real plus
