The Opportunity:

We are looking for a customer-focused and highly organized Customer Service Representative to join our growing logistics and distribution team.

In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with orders, deliveries, account inquiries, and general service requests. You will work closely with customers, drivers, warehouse teams, and internal departments to ensure orders are processed accurately and deliveries are completed efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, products, deliveries, invoices, and account-related questions.
• Assist customers with placing, modifying, tracking, or canceling orders, where applicable.
• Monitor order and delivery status and provide customers with timely updates.
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, shortages, damages, delays, or other concerns.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Accurately enter and update customer, order, and delivery information in the company's systems.
• Follow up on outstanding customer requests and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions.
• Build positive relationships with customers by providing professional, friendly, and reliable service.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.
• Support other administrative and customer service activities as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, Order Management, Logistics, Distribution, or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests at the same time.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM, order management, ERP, or ticketing systems is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, food distribution, wholesale, delivery services, or a similar industry is preferred but not required.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to work closely with different teams to resolve customer issues.

Service Fee: Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise. Hours:

US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pm
