Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Appointment Setter to join a growing business development team. This is a high-impact role where you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for navigating B2B landscapes to spark interest and secure meetings for sales executives. Key Responsibilities

• Execute high volumes of outbound calls daily to identify and qualify potential B2B leads.
• Manage a consistent pipeline of prospects through persistent follow-up and multi-channel outreach.
• Overcome gatekeepers and objections to articulate the value proposition effectively.
• Schedule and coordinate discovery calls between prospects and the senior sales team.
• Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the CRM.
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for booked appointments and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in an appointment setting role.
• Proven experience in a B2B appointment setting or outbound sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high call volumes without compromising quality.
• Exceptional conversion rates with the ability to provide proof of past performance and KPIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
• High level of resilience and a "hunter" mentality.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and sales engagement tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
