Role Overview: Key Advertiser Account Manager (Remote – Europe)

Our client, a growing international Ad Network, is seeking a talented Key Advertiser Account Manager to join its remote team. In this role, the Account Manager will oversee an existing portfolio of key client accounts, foster long-term commercial relationships, and drive revenue growth alongside a high-performing global team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Growth & Management: Oversee and scale existing advertiser accounts to increase ad spend, deepen client relationships, and identify upselling opportunities.
• Daily Client Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for direct advertisers, media buyers, and CPA networks.
• Campaign Optimization: Support advertisers in building, managing, and optimizing online ad campaigns.
• Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor traffic and revenue metrics, evaluate campaign performance, generate sales reports, and deliver strategic recommendations to clients.
• Client Sourcing & Retention: Identify new business opportunities online and offline at international tradeshows, while managing client retention using an established contact database.
• Technical & Cross-Functional Support: Partner with internal technical teams to resolve campaign and platform issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Professional fluency in written and spoken English.
• Industry Experience: Proven track record in client management, sales, or business development—ideally within an Ad Network. Experience with real-time bidding (RTB) is considered a strong advantage.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong interest in digital marketing with a clear grasp of media buying fundamentals (including ad formats, targeting options, and pricing models).
• Core Competencies: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive, self-motivated mindset capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Location: Based in Europe.
